FABRIZIO PARODI APPOINTED “CAVALIERE DEL LAVORO”

On October 18th, 2023, at the Quirinale Palace in Rome, Fabrizio Parodi received the honour of the “Order of Merit for Labour”, having been appointed “Knight of Labour” by the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, on June 2nd, 2022.

As recalled by Maurizio Sella, the President of the National Federation of the Knights of Labour, everyone’s task is to “contribute to increasing the social capital of the country by pursuing, first of all, a good job that enhances merit through the perspective of professional growth, adequate remuneration, active involvement in the life of the company, safety of workers’ conditions. The greatest wealth of every company is its people, women and men, without whom none of the companies would ever have been able to achieve the results it has achieved”.

FABRIZIO PARODI NOMINATO CAVALIERE DEL LAVORO

Il giorno mercoledì 18 ottobre 2023, presso il Palazzo del Quirinale a Roma, Fabrizio Parodi ha ricevuto l’onorificenza dell’ “Ordine al merito del lavoro”, essendo stato nominato “Cavaliere del Lavoro” dal Presidente della Repubblica Italiana, Sergio Mattarella, il 2 giugno 2022.

Come ricordato da Maurizio Sella, Presidente della Federazione Nazionale dei Cavalieri del Lavoro, il compito di ciascuno è “contribuire ad accrescere il capitale sociale del Paese perseguendo, innanzitutto, un buon lavoro che valorizza il merito attraverso prospettive di crescita professionale, offerte retributive adeguate, coinvolgimento attivo nella vita aziendale, sicurezza delle condizioni dei lavoratori. La ricchezza più grande di ogni impresa sono le persone, donne e uomini, senza le quali nessuna delle imprese avrebbe mai potuto raggiungere i risultati che ha raggiunto”.
