INTERGLOBO ACQUIRES 100% OF LPL ITALIA GIVING BIRTH TO INTERGLOBO PROJECT
An important acquisition has just been completed in Genoa: Interglobo, the Genoese international freight forwarder, has taken over 100% of LPL Italia from the 25% of the share capital it held since the company’s founding.
The result of this acquisition and its subsequent integration found the new company Interglobo Project.
The president of Interglobo Group, Fabrizio Parodi : “A perfect synergy to grow in project cargo, and to expand the range of services and coverage of geographical areas”.

Now we have a lot to do, we want to establish ourselves in the markets of Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa: this is why we believe that the integration of LPL will result in a profitable synergy. There will be no changes in the staff, quite the opposite: each person represents excellence and we are always looking for resources who want to join our group”.

Un’importante operazione di acquisizione è stata appena portata a termine all’ombra della lanterna: il colosso genovese delle spedizioni Interglobo ha infatti rilevato il 100% di LPL Italia, società di cui fin dalla fondazione deteneva un 25% circa del capitale.
Il risultato di questa acquisizione e della successiva integrazione è stato la nascita della nuova società Interglobo Project.
